Business Description

MartEezee is engaged in the trade of dry fruits, spices, pulses, oil & ghee, and murrabajat, delivering orders directly to the user's specified address.

Consent for Telemarketing

Any user who provides a missed call or makes a call for an order on any of MartEezee's published numbers is consenting to receive calls, messages, and any after-communication for promotion and telemarketing purposes for a period of one week.

Opt-Out of Communications

Order Processing and Freshness Guarantee

MartEezee accepts orders seven days a week. Users will receive their delivery the day after the order is placed. The company procures items fresh from the procurement center and delivers them straight to the user.

Minimum Order Value and Shipping Charges

There is a minimum order value of Rs. 500. For orders of Rs. 5000 or above, delivery is free. In special permitted cases, for orders under Rs. 5000, a shipping charge of Rs. 300 will be added.

Daily Price Updates

MartEezee updates its prices daily. The price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed will be the price charged to the user.

Invoice Corrections

In the rare event of a wrong invoice being generated, MartEezee reserves the right to raise a correct invoice with the revised amount, which must be paid by the user.

Quantity Variation and Fair Dealing

MartEezee strives to deliver exact quantities. However, some products may have up to a five percent variation (higher or lower) in weight. The user agrees to pay based on the final invoice quantity. MartEezee guarantees a fair deal and weight, and assures users that variations will not be dramatic.

Product Availability, Quality, and Illustrations

If a product is unavailable or not of good quality, it will not be delivered, and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. All rights in this regard are reserved by MartEezee. Product images on the website are for demonstration purposes only and may not resemble the actual item in size, color, weight, or contrast, although the company is committed to maintaining the best quality.

Order Deadline and Delivery Schedule

All orders placed before 8 PM will be delivered the next day or on the delivery date chosen by the user.
